The Brainslug Blaster was a Hardmode launcher that could be purchased from the Martian Scientist. When used, it shot a brain slug that latched onto enemies, dealing continuous damage which was similar to the Piranha Gun and while holding down left-click would keep it active at all times.
Its best modifier was Unreal.
