The Worn Spellbook is a Pre-Hardmode spell tome that can only be obtained if the player is playing with the "Bookworm" origin. When used, it fires a blue feint dagger that floats near the player for a brief moment before launching towards the cursor's position. The dagger does not pierce and emits glowing blue particles upon colliding with an enemy or tile.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
