Objects
Ambient objects are unobtainable, naturally generated background objects that function primarily as visual ambience and can be broken with any pickaxe. Spirit Classic adds various ambient objects throughout most of the vanilla and Spirit Classic biomes.
Ambient objects usually have no effects, aside from the following:
- Goblin Battle Standard, which drops 3 Tattered Cloth when broken.
- Goblin Weapon Rack, which drops a Shadowbreak Wand and spawns 2 Goblin Sorcerers upon Right Click or when broken.
- Space Crystals, which emit varying amounts of light.
- Corpseblooms, which emit pink particles and periodically cause a blood explosion while the player is near them. The blood explosion inflicts nearby entities with the Poisoned debuff for 8 seconds.
- Crimson Pustules, which rapidly flash white when the player is near them. After a brief moment, the pustules explode, dealing 180 damage to any entity caught in the explosion.
- Snow Bushes, which have varying chances to drop an Ice Berry when broken. Small bushes have a 14.29% chance to drop, medium bushes have a 20% chance to drop, and large bushes have a 33.33% chance to drop.
- Unstable Icicles, which emit particles when there is nearby light shining on them. When broken, they shake before falling and shattering on ground collision, dealing 60 / 75 / 96 damage to the player upon contact.
- Ore Piles, which each drop their own respective vanilla Pre-Hardmode ore in random stacks when broken.
- Copper and Tin Ore Piles drop in stacks of 8.
- Iron and Lead Ore Piles drop in stacks of 11.
- Silver and Tungsten Ore Piles drop in stacks of 12.
- Gold and Platinum Ore Piles drop in stacks of 15.
- Ore Deposits, which each drop their own respective vanilla late-Pre-Hardmode ore in stacks of 22-31 when broken.
- Ore Carts, which each drop their own respective vanilla Pre-Hardmode ore in stacks of 22-31 and 4-12 Wood when broken.

Rubblemaker Support
Most of Spirit Classic's ambient objects (with the exceptions of Corpseblooms, Crimson Pustules, Goblin Weapon Rack, Ore Carts and Unstable Icicles) are supported by the Rubblemaker, allowing certain items to be used to place objects. Objects placed by the Rubblemaker are able to drop the item used to place them when broken unlike most naturally generated ambient objects. A full table of items that can be used by the Rubblemaker to place ambient objects can be found below.

Notes
- Crimson Pustules and Unstable Icicles can be detected with a Dangersense Potion.
