Buoys are craftable furniture items that can be placed on the surface of Ocean water and they can only be placed within the Ocean biome. They are purely only for decoration purposes and does not provide functionally besides appearance.

Buoys are affected by wind, causing them to sway with the wind depending on the current wind speed. They will also move if the player moves above the top of them.
