The Spooky Scythe is a craftable Hardmode melee weapon. It creates multiples of floating spinning pumpkins with every swing, unlike the Death Sickle or Ice Sickle. The projectile moves a short distance before slowing down and eventually becoming static. The pumpkin projectiles are capable of homing in on enemies.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
