Star Cutters are Hardmode consumable ranged weapons that are obtained from Spirit Crates. When used, it throws a star shuriken that is not affected by gravity and sticks onto enemies on contact, inflicting them with the Doom Destiny debuff, which causes the enemy to lose 11 health per second for as long as the star shuriken is sticked to the enemy. Up to 7 star cutters can stick to an enemy at a time.

The Star Cutter cannot be reforged, and therefore cannot have modifiers.
