Starplate Fighter Drone

The Drone Controller is a craftable Pre-Hardmode summon weapon. Upon use, it summons a Starplate Fighter Drone to aid you in battle. The drone has two attack modes, one of them it can fire non-piercing lasers at enemies if at far range from them or transform into a sword when in close range, attacking enemies by slash stabbing at them three times before charging though them to deal damage.

Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, Minions and sentries cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Drone Controller has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
