The Bloodletter is a craftable Pre-Hardmode wand. When used, it fires a blood tentacle from the player which pierces up to three enemies, dissipating on the fourth. When dealing critical hits, it will steal life from them and heal the player a small amount of health in return.

Its best modifier is Mythical.

• If you have the Blood and Gore setting turned off, the projectiles will look like clouds instead of blood.
• The Corruption counterpart for Bloodletter is Horizon's Edge.
  • Consequently, Bloodletter cannot be used to craft Horizon's Edge, the Corruption counterpart to Vessel Drainer.
