The Infernal Javelin is a melee weapon that can be dropped by Infernon. When the spear projectile hits an enemy or tile, it explodes into bouncing fireballs that can also deal damage. When either of these hit an enemy, it has a chance to inflict the Combustion Blaze debuff.
