The Void Quill is a craftable Hardmode post-Lunatic Cultist wand. When used, it creates a nebula void tear on the cursor position which moves along with the cursor. The void tear rapidly damages through enemies, emitting visual void particles on contact. The amount of damage the void tear deals depends on the speed the cursor is moving at. While the cursor is moving fast, the void tear will deal more damage while the cursor moves slower, the void tear will deal less damage. The void tear will not deal damage if the cursor is not moving. The void tear will vanish shortly afterwards after the player stops using the weapon.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
