Phantom Arc

The Phantom Arc is a craftable Hardmode spell tome. When used, it fires a soul-like beam that pierces infinitely. Like the Last Prism, it starts using mana slowly, then ramps up to very fast consumption, which encourages the player to fire only in short bursts.

Its best modifier is Mythical. However, the weapon's knockback will not be affected due to already being 0.
