The Bamboo Kendo Blade is a craftable Pre-Hardmode melee weapon. It can be obtained very early in the game and makes up for its low damage with fast speed and decent size. When used with left-click, it swings like a broadsword. When used with right-click, the player can dash in any direction by using the ⚷ Open / Activate key. If the dash hits an enemy, damage is dealt half a second later with a slicing animation. After a dash is initiated, the sword cannot be used again for one second, while an animation of spinning and sheathing the sword plays.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
