Avian Islands are structures that generate on world creation in the Space layer. They are consist of one large floating island with a giant Avian Egg, along with several auxiliary islands scattered above.
Breaking the Avian Egg will summon the Ancient Avian, a Pre-Hardmode Boss intended to be fought at about the same time as Queen Bee.
