The Rangefinder is a tool that is granted as a reward for completing the quest "Futuristic Forces". When in the inventory, it provides a short-range laser sight on ranged weapons, which helps line up the player's shots and makes seeking out targets easier. The distance that the laser extends is proportional to the distance from the player to their cursor.

Notes

• The laser sight does not work while on mounts.
