The Dynasty Fan is a Pre-Hardmode tool that is found in Dynasty Chests within the Floating Pagoda structure or obtained from transmuting the Anime Sword. When used, it summons a gust of wind that propels the player in any opposite direction given at the cursor's position and grants the player the Windglider buff, which reduces the player's falling speed.
