The Demon Tail is a pet summoning item that summons an Eldrich Abomination to follow the player around. The Eldrich Abomination is immune to damage from enemies and despawns upon player death. Uniquely, whilst this pet is present enemy spawn rates are increased. It is dropped from Demons, Voodoo Demons, and Red Devils.
