The Astral Clock is a Hardmode tool that is dropped by some Mystic Moon enemies. When cast, a clock will be created around the player which will move a short distance very slowly. Said clock will inflict the Stopped debuff, freezing enemies in place. It has a 60-second cooldown, which prevents the player from activating it again.
