Kelp Hook
The Kelp Hook is a craftable Pre-Hardmode grappling hook. It has a maximum reach range of 21 tiles and up to two hooks can be launched, however only one hook can attach at a time. While the player is submerged in liquids, the Kelp Hook receives increased mobility, increasing its maximum reach range to 27 tiles.
It has a pull in speed of 10 and a reel back velocity of 12. While submerged in liquids, its pull in speed and reel back velocity increases to 20 and 24 respectively.
