The Runescribe Potion is a Hardmode buff potion that grants the user the Runescribe buff upon consumption, which increases all magic damage by 5%. It also gives all magic weapons a 1/10 (10%) chance to create 3 homing Runes upon hitting an enemy, each dealing 27 damage.
