Moon Jelly Donut is a Hardmode food item that can either be crafted or obtained from Stargazer Slimes, which spawn during the Mystic Moon event. It can also be obtained by completing the quest "Once in a...". When consumed, it grants the user the Moon Jelly Donut buff for 15 seconds, which gives 22.5 health regeneration per second as well as the Well Fed buff for 5 minutes. Upon consumption, the player will also receive the Potion Sickness debuff for 1 minute.

Like all buffs, it can be canceled at any time by right clicking the icon.
