The Pendant of the Ocean is a craftable Pre-Hardmode accessory. When equipped, double tapping the ▼ Down key will grant the player the Empowered Swim buff for 10 seconds, allowing the player to have unhindered movement while they are submerged in water. After the buff expires, the player will be inflicted with the Swimming Fatigue debuff for 35 seconds, making the effect unable to be reactivated until the debuff expires.

Notes

• If the player removes the Empowered Swim buff by right-clicking on it before it expires, they will not be inflicted with the Swimming Fatigue debuff, but the effect cooldown will still be applied regardless of if the debuff was not inflicted.
