The Interstellar Shield Core is a Pre-Hardmode accessory that is dropped by the Astral Amalgams. When equipped, two spinning shields surround the player, which nullifies enemies' projectiles on contact and the shields will regenerate passively after being hit. The shields defensive capacity is scaled by the player's current defense stat.
