The Eye of the Illusionist is a Pre-Hardmode accessory that is dropped by the Ghast. It provides death prevention, teleporting them instantly to their spawn point before the wearer died. Attempting to use it during a boss battle will not work. This effect can only be active every 10 minutes, so it does not provide infinite avoidance of death.
