Eleutherios is a Hardmode accessory that is sold by the Oracle for 20 . When equipped, it reduces the effectiveness of healing items by 15%. When consuming a healing item, it will temporarily grant the player the Eleutherios' Strength buff, which provides an increase damage bonus for all class weapons.
The damage bonus provided from the buff will slowly deplete overtime as the buff wears off or cancelling the buff will remove its damage bonus entirely. The percentage of the damage and duration given is scaled by the amount of healing received from healing items.
