Version History

The 1.1 Update was the first major content update and the first 1.1 update. It included a new event, two new mini-bosses, many new donator items and a huge number of bug fixes.

Additions

  • Added the Snow Monger and all of its loot, namely:
  • Added the Seabreak Pearl.
  • Added The Tide and all of its contents, namely:
    • The Dread Water, Black Tide, Baby Clamper, Miniflayer Staff and Ocean Gale's Javelin.
    • The Tide Caller, Greenfin Trapper, Murky Terror, Mind Flayer and Clamper.
  • Added the Spirit Mimic and all of its loot, namely:
  • Added the Spirit Crate and its unique contents, namely:
  • Added many donator items, namely:
    • Folv's Lost Blade, Folv's Sharpened Blade, Folv's Enchanted Blade, Folv's Ancient Blade, Forgotten Enchantment, Magic Whetstone, Ancient Hilt, Folv's Staff, Folv's Staff of Defense, Folv's Staff of Protection, Folv's Arcane Bolt, Folv's Magic Missiles, Folv's Missile Barrage, Folv's Ancient Staff, Combat Shotgun, Sluggy Throw, Lightning Throw, Eternal Ashes, Crook of the Tormented, Gauntlet of the Moon and Punnapha's Essence. (not including the previously mentioned Snow Monger drops).
  • Added The Probe.
  • Added the Cosmic and Gore armors.
  • Added the Flesh Clump and all of its items.
  • Added the Overgrowth Staff.

Changes/Bug Fixes

  • Made the Shadowspirit armor and Wither armors all craftable at a Mythril Anvil.
  • Nerfed the Bone King's Wings severely.
  • Weapons made from Talons now require Fossil Feathers.
  • Talons no longer drop from the Ancient Avian but instead Ancient Apostles.
  • The Ancient Avian has now been buffed to be Post-Queen Bee, increasing its firing rate, increasing the damage of its projectiles and adjusting its red comet attack.
  • Increased the damage of the Talonginus and Skeletalon Staff.
  • Increased the spawn rate of Mechromancers.
  • Changed the Eye of Cthulhu's announcing death message.
  • Spirit Skulls, Soul Crushers and Hedrons now drop small quantities of Spirit Ore.
  • Made the Snow Globe drop from Icy Merman occasionally.
  • Removed a feature which would nerf the Last Prism, but in exchange made the Overseer stronger against piercing projectiles.
  • Nerfed the Lihzahrd armor.
  • Fixed a bug where the Blood Corruption debuff could be cancelled.
  • Buffed the Hellstone Chakram.
  • Made Atlas not drop the Skeletalon Staff.
  • Changed the reforge prices of most weapons.
  • Made the Overseer teleport occasionally.
  • Made the Spirit Staff obtainable via purchasing it from the Lone Trapper.
  • Many other minor bugs that cannot be listed to due to a lack of source.
