Frost Glyph Icon

The Frost Glyph is a Pre-Hardmode glyph that is sold by the Enchanter. This glyph can be applied on weapons by pressing the ⚷ Open / Activate key. When applied, weapons receive the Freezing effect. Weapons with this effect have a chance to inflict hit enemies with the Arcane Freeze debuff, which freezes the enemy in place and causes them to emit visual ice shards. When an enemy is inflicted by the debuff, glowing blue spirals will appear around the player. The duration of the debuff varies based on the player's held item rarity, which increases further if the player uses a weapon with a higher rarity.

Notes

• Like most other glyphs, its effect can be removed with a Null Glyph, by pressing the ⚷ Open / Activate key on the weapon.
