The Plague Skulls was a craftable Hardmode spell tome. When used, it shot out a plague skull that exploded into cursed fires when hitting the ground. It became faster when used for longer, but skulls would also deal reduced damage the longer it was used.

Its best modifier was Mythical. However, the weapon's knockback will not be affected due to already being 0.
