The Screaming Tome is a Pre-Hardmode spell tome that is dropped by Haunted Tomes. When holding down the ⚒ Use / Attack key, skulls start orbiting above the player, up to a maximum of four. Upon releasing the key, the skulls are fired towards the cursor position, passing through tiles and shatter upon hitting enemies.

Its best modifier is Mythical.
