Wrathful Soul is a Pre-Hardmode enemy that spawns in The Underworld. It sits in place waiting to attack the player if they are direct sight, once they have direct sight, their attack is indicated by a target icon locked on to the player and then charge at them while causing an explosion that inflicts the On Fire! debuff.
