The Dreamstride Wisp is a passive critter that spawns in a group of 4 upon the death of an Occultist. After the Occultist has been defeated, it will start spawning naturally during a Blood Moon. If the Blood Moon event ends, all existing Dreamstride Wisps will despawn.

Upon being captured or killed, it will drop Dreamstride Essences, but not itself. Dreamstride Wisps are the only source of Dreamstride Essence, which is a crafting material used to craft a variety of equipment.
