Fretful minnows that can survive the intensely cold temperatures of the tundra's waters because of their unnaturally high body heat.
The Frost Minnow is a passive critter that spawns in the Snow biome at any layer in water. If the player is near, they will swim away in short, quick bursts. When caught, the player will receive the vanilla Frost Minnow item.
