For ages, these simple birds have terrorized locals with their remarkably humanoid screeches. Today, few remain, as they were hunted to near extinction.
The Screech Owl is a Pre-Hardmode enemy that spawns in the Snow biome. It flies towards the player until it is slightly above them, then fires a beam of sound.
